We have long provided our customers with oscommerce solution, and customized and developed online shop e-commerce solution based on oscommerce, including function, layout, thema, etc. Through the long use we found that among the 90% of the functions customers need, as much as 90% are similar. We have been developing contributions as well as utilizing oscommerce repeatedly for a long time. So we decided to integrate a set of basic version as our base solution. It is obvious that Cre loaded and zen cart are successful, however, we find that their template system may not apply to all the end users. We found the achievement that STS(Simple template System)’ve made, thus we are determined to expand the functions base on STS4.0, in order that end-user can revise their template easily.
On the basis of the reasons above, we decided to develop incorporated version of oscommerce and entitle it GoForDesign, in hope that it can assist the programmers, designers and online store owners.
